John represented the Salem and Beverly Water Supply Board that was presented with the 2025 Innovative Program of the Year Award for the achievements made on their Sustainable Water Infrastructure Management Program.
The New England Water Works Association’s Annual Conference. John presented on one event: “Skills Development for Staff Transitions – A Simple Framework” to highlight his efforts developing a skills and competency development framework for successful succession planning.

John presented on one event: “Leveraging A State Grant to Develop and Asset Management Plan” to highlight a case study at the Salem and Beverly Water Supply Board.
The International Maintenance Conference (IMC) Annual Event
John presented on one event: “Target Zero – Designing and Implementing a Robust Safety Plan” to highlight his role in a newly created Safety Officer position at the SBWSB and the two-year journey to develop and implement a robust 16 program Health & Safety Plan.
