The Asset Management Council of Australia's AMPEAK
The Asset Management Council of Australia’s AMPEAK, is Australia’s premier asset management cross-sector event was held VIRTUALLY April 19th to 22nd (renamed AMSPEAK). John presented on one event:
A 30-minute presentation on “Driving Maintenance Excellence across Storm Surge Barriers: A TEAM2100 Case Study.” He will cover how TEAM2100, the Environment Agency, and the International Storm Barriers (iSTORM) network are using a Maintenance & Reliability maturity assessment process to help drive change towards world class status.

The Reliability Conference*
The RELIABILITY Conference, one of the most significant reliability venues in 2020 was scheduled to be held May 3 and 7, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle’s Eastside 900 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, Washington. More info can be found at www.reliabilityweb.com.
John will conduct a 90-minute presentation was on his book “Why Execution Fails and What to Do About It, 2nd Edition” that will review some of his inspiring works including; the DELTA FORCE model, the Executive Sponsorship SUCCESS Lifecycle, The SUCCESS ELEMENTS for Sustainable Change, and the results from his Chief Change Officer thought-leadership workshop held at Australia’s AMPEAK conference earlier in April 2020.

I-STORM 15th Annual Meeting*
The I-STORM 15th Annual Meeting, the most significant storm barrier global venue in 2020 will be held between June 2 and 5, 2020 hosted by the Rijkswaterstaat and held at the Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre. More info can be found at I-Storm@environment-agency.gov.uk.
John and his co-worker, Jim Oldach will conduct an overview of the Maintenance Excellence maturity assessment and improvement plan work completed for the UK’s TEAM2100 program.

International Maintenance Conference (IMC)*
